Distance and positioning make a good height read difficult, but as given in the CGI

Hector is slightly closer to the 'camera' POV than Eliwood, but not by much, and a head taller

The children are of course much closer, not gigantic

Eliwood artificially seems significantly taller than Lyndis until you account for her being at a further distance, and him in a half risen kneeling position, whereas she is on both knees and leaning more sharply

Still leaning down and behind Eliwood, Hector is still a head taller if his lean is accounted for, though Lyndis' distance makes a read more difficult

Eliwood is a full chin taller than Fiora

Against one another, the top of Eliwood's eyes mark the peak of Lyndis' skull, placing him at a third of a head taller in this particular position; they also appear to both be standing straight, more or less, so there's rather less estimation

Florina is significantly smaller than Hector in every regard

Farina is also smaller, but comes in just under his shoulder height, lean accounted for (and also very clearly plans to get some tonight if it doesn't break her, HOHO)

A strange one seeming to belie the previous pictures, unless Hector is physically pulling her into the air at this point, Lyndis would be half a head shorter than him, and thus taller than both her previous incarnation *and* Eliwood

Definitely toting Ninian, Eliwood reasserts his former role in the storylines

It's not at all conducive to measuring, but it is sweet

At a further distance and while completely upright, Lyndis appears to come up to Hector's chin if the positions were fixed

This is again consistently taller than Eliwood is in Hector comparison

At the same time, while she is about as big as Wil, she only reaches the noses of the Knights of Cailan

Florina is a head shorter and rather more petite than her Lady

Once more, if positions were fixed equally, it appears Hector would not be more than a head taller at best

Although certainly thicker

Eliwood is implied to here be taller from distance once again, although he could be the same height; Ninian is certainly smaller than either of them in this form, however

She will never be seen upright in a single picture with Eliwood, however

Possessed Ninian, complete with Them Hipsss, does appear once, but at an indeterminate distance and facing away from the man

She could, depending, actually be taller than him in said; Nergal seems to be the giant Hector is depicted as; Hector is as big as Eliwood at a further distance and a slanted bent position

Weirdly enough, most of the heights remain more or less consistent, on review, up until you get to Lyndis and Eliwood mixing

I believe furthermore it is probably Eliwood fluctuating, and not Lyndis after all
